Biggest secret:
William's biggest secret is that he is a Half Blood. His mother, who was a pure blood, had an affair with a muggle back in the day and got pregnant with William. She was married to his "Father" and of course he thought it was his. And even though Anastasia never told anyone (except William right before he went to Hogwarts), Eli knew something was off when a Blonde hair, light eye child was born. Eli treats William worse than his other kids, but he still cannot confirm or deny that he is his child. No one knows for sure about his blood status, except William, Anastasia, and Dumbledore before he passed away. Now William lives in fear of the new Headmaster finding out his secret.
Over view:
William is a very secretive person, even if he comes across as the guy that gets along with about anyone. He has a warm smile, but don't let that fool you. Behind that warm smile and blue-green eyes is a stubborn, cold person. He was raised as a pure blood, and he was raised to be tough. He certainly doesn't take anything from anyone, and has no problem standing up for himself. Though he would rather have a battle of wit over a duel. He finds it a waste of time because his strongest suit is that he is a fantastic dueler. And to have someone try to out duel him, he finds it a waste of the time most the time. So he will normally let things go, let comments roll off his back rather than let them turn him into a hot head who pulls his wand out at anything. Though with his siblings, he is fiercely protective, even over the older ones as well. He feels like he is the man of the family most the time, and he does step up when his father is gone as the Head of the house hold.
If you happen to be on his good side, he is a calm friend. The one who can sit and laugh with you and just relax. He isn't super hyper or wanting to run around and cause all kinds of trouble. He would rather just stroll around the lake and talk about things that actually matter in life. He does have his moments where he wants to do something dangerous and spontaneous, though those moments are far and few between. He is also very charming, and many people fall for that with him. He tends to be the one who gets away with things when he does act up, just because he can charm his way out of it with a lot of the professors or prefects. Though of course there are a few that don't fall for his smile. Which when it comes to them, he normally just ignores them. Walks away without a care in the world.
With romance, he isn't exactly Prince Charming. He never really has had a relationship, so this man here is a virgin in many senses. He never really thought trying to woo someone was worth his time. Plus with the example he had from his own mother and "father", it wasn't exactly what he wanted for himself. So he has the mind thought that if he was meant to be with someone, it would just click. And until that happens, he wasn't going to go around trying to fill some hole in his life with one nighters or anything of the sorts. He had more pride in himself than that, blame the Pure Blood upbringing if you must.

History[/u]
The making of William Bryce Nolan
Anastasia Nolan went out in a Muggle town one night after a huge fight with her husband Eli. She had had enough of his attitude and pushing around for the night and she left. She walked around the muggle town, slightly lost and not sure exactly where she was going. Being raised as the proper pure blood, she had never really ventured into the muggle towns that weren't too far from her home. As she went around, she took in the muggle surroundings and noticed that the men stared at her. She was a beautiful woman for her age. Her dark hair was long, but pulled up tight into a tight bun on the back of her head. Her eyes were dark, and yet if the light caught them the right way, they seemed to have golden flecks in them. Her skin was light and lips a bright pink. She had a certain confidence about her as she walked the town and decided that she wanted to get a drink.
She made her way into a muggle bar and sat herself down at the end of the bar, which was rather packed. She wasn't sure what the muggles ordered so she picked something that she heard as she walked in. It was strong, and that was just what she needed. After quite a few drinks, she found herself in the company of a devilishly handsome man. She couldn't remember his name, though she swore it was something that started with a "M" and he completely swept her off her feet. He made her feel alive again, something her husband hasn't been able to do in a very long time. When he asked her to come home with him, she didn't hesitate and followed him eagerly to his residence which was rather nice, at least from the small amount of memory that she had from that night. He was able to easily convince her into bed with him and she stayed the night. When she awoke the next morning, she felt terrible about what had happened in his bed. Anastasia left without another word to him before she returned home.
A few months later, she found out she was pregnant with her third child. She knew that it wasn't Eli's. But she never told him that. Even though she had slept with her husband around that time as well, she just had a gut feeling that the child she had inside of her was not the blood of a Nolan. Which meant her child would not be a pure blood, but a half blood. She could tell that Eli was suspicious that their child wasn't his. He would give her these accusing looks that would make her cringe. She did not want him to take it out on the child that she was bearing inside of her. But she feared he would take it out on her more. So she tried her best to reassure him that the child was his, and she even went as far as acting like the old her. Again, she was acting. Inside she was dying at the fact that she could be casted out at any moment and she would lose her other two children that she had with Eli.
When she gave birth to their new son, she was thrilled. Though that was short lived when she noticed that his hair was blonde, just like that of his true fathers. And when his eyes opened to stare up at his mother, they were a blue-green color. Nothing like her or her husband. And that was the moment that Eli was almost sure that the child wasn't his. Anastasia tried her best to convince him that the light features came from her side, seeing as her grandmother was a blonde with green eyes. It seemed to settle his questions, though the accusing looks were forever there. Always staring at her and letting her know that he didn't completely trust her.
Here is your son, William
William was the third child out of a total of four. He has two older sisters and a younger brother. When he was younger, he was a lively child. Always bouncing off the walls and had what seemed to be an unbreakable spirit. Though his father seemed to not want that from him. His father seemed to treat him differently than his other siblings. They always got the best of the best. He seemed to get the things that weren't so great, though because he was still part of the family, he still had some top notch things. But it wasn't necessarily the things that he was given that made him feel different than his siblings. It was how his father disciplined him. His father felt the saying "spare the rod, spoil the child" was a perfect way to handle William. He was quick to break his lively spirit which broke his mothers heart. Though his mother never stood up to protect her first born son.
His father had no problem hitting him or cursing him to the point he would black out. Over the years he learned to just accept the punishments, even if he has done nothing except breath. He figured that maybe his father wanted to make him strong. Make him tough so that when he wasn't there, he could be the strong, cold male that was supposed to lead the house hold. The only thing that was a joy for William that Eli actually let him enjoy was Quidditch. He found comfort in flying around and learning the different plays, players, and teams. It was the one thing that Eli shared with all of his children, including the first born son.

When Will got his letter to Hogwarts, it was almost like his prayers to Merlin came true. He would be away from the people that hurt him the most. He could go away and spend time making friends with other children his age and learn all the charms and spells that were ever made. But with every blessing, comes a down side. He remembered packing his trunk the night before he headed to his new school. All his new supplies packed neatly and his new pet, a gray owl named Shadow was in her cage sitting patiently. His clothes and new robes were packed in and his shoes right on top of them. He kept his wand out because he figured he would need it on the train. Well, that and he felt more safe that he had the tool now, even if he didn't know how to make any spells or charms. He just felt... safer.
The knock that came to his door made him cringe, he figured Eli wanted to torture him one last time before he left. So when he opened the door, it was slow and hesitant. Though who he found on the other side was quite a shock. His mother stood there in her long dress and she gave her son a small, timid smile. "Can I come in?" She asked him before waiting for permission. William nodded before she entered the room and sat on his bed. He walked over and hugged his mother. Even though he wasn't happy with her all the time, he loved her none the less. As he hugged her, he didn't realize what he was about to be told was going to change his life. His mother seemed sad and she was careful with how she told him about that night. And how he wasn't really Eli's child. He was completely shocked and had a hard time handling the information. She told him that she had informed the Headmaster, though he was still confused as to why.
Upon arrival, he was sorted into Slytherin, for the sly and cunning ones. He of course fit right in with the pure bloods that were at the table, seeing as he was raised as a proper one. Over the years he fit in rather well and made his way through the years with everyone believe he is a pure blood. And he never made mention to change their minds about it. He tried out for the Quidditch team in his 3rd year as a keeper and made the team. He was very proud and he believes it was the only time his father was truly happy with him. Besides when he came home over the summer to tell them that he was announced the new Quidditch team captian. He knew that he would make his father lay off on some of the beatings just because of that. And it did work... for the first week or so of summer vacation.
When Dumbledore died, he began to worry. The whole new laws about Half bloods and muggle borns were starting to make him panic. He could never tell if the new Headmaster knew if he was not a pure blood, so now, during his sixth year he was making sure to tread lightly, keep his nose buried in Quidditch and his studies. Though he had a gut feeling the Headmaster knew and was just waiting for the right moment to announce it.

Asher seemed to stare at her for a few moments, before he finally talked to her, "Caius wants to see you tonight. A few Volturi members came by and asked if you would come. Just you alone,". Asher seemed to narrow his eyes at the last part, and she knew why. He hated leaving her alone. But that wasn't the part that caught her attention. "Caius? But why would he want to see me, I was just a human if I had met him." She questioned. Of course, she doesn't remember anything from her life, it was traumatizing her change, Asher had told her. The only thing she gets are flashes of a shadow, of a man she loved so dearly. Asher says it was him, but she always wondered why his face wouldn't show if it was him. She had thought about that so many times, so she let it go. "Did I even meet him?" She asked as Asher started going through the closet of things he made her bring. He pulled out a few dresses, which made her frown. She wasn't a huge fan of dresses, but only brought them because Asher had said she might need them.
"Caius has kept the reason of seeing you to himself, I don't know why," Asher held up a blue dress as if to ask if she wanted to wear it, which of course she shook her head no, "And you met him briefly when Aro found you before you got hurt and I changed you, you were so scared. A room full of vampires, and all most of them did was stare, besides Aro, he had plenty of questions," He told her. He held up a few other dresses, but she quickly got up and took over looking for a dress. "Oh, I see. Well, I guess there is no harm in seeing him, right? I mean, he was kind of like your boss..." Asher hissed and she stared at him. She was never quite afraid of other vampires, always fascinated with them. Even though she was one. Asher kept thrusting floor length dresses at her, and she refused each other. "Carly stop being difficult and just pick one!" he huffed at her. She turned away from him, pulling out her short red dress. "He requested me, Asher, I will dress however I damn well please." She snorted as she walked into the bathroom to change. She still didn't quite like changing in front of him, she always knew that his eyes were glued to her skin, which made her uncomfortable.
She stared at herself in the mirror, her pale skin, golden eyes, long wavy chocolate brown hair. She felt like she was missing something, something she'd never have again. It was a feeling she had a lot, and she didn't like it. But she sighed, pulling her shirt over her head and removing her pants so she could slide into the dress. The red made her pop, gave her more of a human look then any color would do. She didn't put on any make up because she felt beautiful as it was, and let her hair stay in its tame, lucious waves. She slipped out of the bathroom to find Asher gone, and her favorite black pair of high heels on the bed. She smiled as she buckled them to her feet and stood up. She was never a tall girl without shoes, standing at 5'4'' at most, but she was standing with two extra inches so it gave her a little bit of height. She opened the door, and hissed as a man stood before her. How she didn't smell him was beyond her, and she quickly composed herself as the man looked her over and told her he was to escort her to Caius. She nodded, and shut the door behind her before following the man.
They never took a car, which was fine. Carly wanted to see the moon, which was high and full in the sky. Not a cloud dusted the black sky, leaving the stars to shine brightly down on her. She smiled to herself as she passed by many of humans and small restaurants and stores. After about a 20 minute brisk walk, they arrived at a hidden tunnel, away from humans and the man, who's name she had learned to be Luther, allowed her to go first, before following down the hole shortly behind her. The tunnel seemed to go on forever, and thats saying a lot considering she could see rather far. They passed through a few doors, and down a few hallways before the man asked her to stay there, as he knocked on a large door. "Miss Carly Jansiten here to see you, my Lord." As he pushed the door open a little, but not wide enough for Carly to look inside. She was actually looking around her, remembering what it was like when she got lost down the halls one day, and Asher came flying after her and lectured her about being loose in the castle.
She was so wrapped up in her memories that she didn't even know she had been allowed in until Luther tapped her shoulder, and nodded his head the the open door for her to slip in. She smiled lightly at him, and said a soft "thank you" before she walked through the door, which shut rather fast after she slid through. Her gold eyes immediately found the only other man in the room. His hair was a light light blonde, almost white, which made his red eyes seem more fierce than they actually were. She stood there, not sure if she should bow or anything. Though of course, she herself couldn't picture herself going all curtsy 'my lord' on Caius. She just didn't have that personality. Instead she smiled, a dimple popping up on her right cheek, and said, "Hello Caius."
